Cereal Box Magazine Holder
Cereal boxes aren’t just something to read while you’re eating cereal anymore! Now you can use your rice krispies coupons to make a delightfully useful magazine holder that will have you pleasantly organized at home!
So if you have loose papers covering your desk and magazines lying open on coffee tables look no further for your organizational solution. All you need is an empty cereal box or two to organize your things, and with rice krispies coupons you’ll enjoy empting the box too!
Before you get started make sure you allocate the following resources: a sturdy cereal box, a utility knife, glue, and some decorative paper. Gift-wrap paper, or contact paper works especially well, but you can even use construction paper.
Start you project by cutting the top flaps away from all four sides of the box. Then, using a ruler measure, measure 4 inches from the bottom of the box upward. Using the knife slice upward toward the top of the box diagonally. Using the part of cardboard you removed already flip the box over and draw a line so you can evenly cut the other side.
Once you have removed the sides properly it is time to pull out your pretty paper and glue! Decorate the box however you see fit, but make sure to cover the inner tips of the box so you don’t see the brown too much. Good tips for wrapping the box is to pretend you are wrapping a gift and then slice it at the opening and fold and tape the paper inward.
So grab your rice krispies coupons and give this organizational project a try!
