Frosted Flakes Challenge
Kellogg’s Frosted flakes are a nutritious part of breakfast, and in sponsorship to that they have created the “Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes Challenge,” which helps kids get in shape. All you need to participate in these challenges is a computer, time, energy, willpower, and a box of frosted flakes; and since its always nice to save money you can use frosted flakes coupons to cover the cost.
The Frosted Flakes Challenge consists of 5 different sets of challenges each with approximately 3 activities. All of the challenges are put forth to promote health and activeness for the participant, through means of repetitive exercises. One favorite Tony the Tiger suggests is called “Hop, Skip and a Loop” which takes jump roping to another level! And in order to keep up your energy and alertness you should make sure you are well fueled and not broke using frosted flakes coupons!
The challenge starts by setting up two cones 15 yards apart on a flat surface, the challenger will then line up behind one of the cones to begin their feat. At the start of the challenge the participant will jump rope forward, loop around the cone, and then return to the primary cone. This activity is to be completed after 30 seconds, but the challenge is only considered complete after 5 reps of this activity.
On the frosted flakes site you can keep track of your completed challenges and earn badges for each challenge completed. So if you want to be healthy and well fueled for these challenges I suggest you get some frosted flakes coupons, and go shopping before you get out there and undertake these “Grrrreat” activities.
